3. What data I collect and why
a) Website visits

I use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to arrange sessions, collaborations, or consulting services.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
e) Cookies and analytics
My website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and embedded content. Squarespace uses cookies for site performance and analytics. Where required, I will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

4. How long I keep your data
I retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Specifically:
Contact inquiries: deleted once the conversation is concluded and no ongoing obligation exists, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Booking and payment records: retained for the legally required period under German tax law (typically 10 years for financial records).
Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
Website analytics data: retained according to the analytics provider's data retention settings.
